The K-Line update brings K-Line support to those manufacturers that held onto it for a good while.
BMW KWP Basic protocol now also supports all BMW-FAST based K-Line controllers and also implements full DTC functionality.
For MB KWP Basic, all K-Line KWP2000 based controllers are supported.
K-Line 14230-4 support was added to the OBD II Generic protocol as well.
All three protocols first try to initialize on CAN, and try K-Line if there is no response.
