When using our services you are providing a certain amount of personal information.
This document clarifies the usage of this information.

2. Personal data collection
a) We collect the data you provide in the billing system either during registration or through editing your profile after registration.
b) When accessing the service we collect the information that is provided by your web browser (or service client) during the request to be able to technically respond to the request.
c) When you contact us by email or via contact form we will store the data you transfer to us to be able to answer your questions.
3. Lawfulness of processing
a) Your information is processed only in accordance with Art. 6 (1)(b), Art. 6 (1)(c) and Art. 6 (1)(f) of the GDPR. This means that your information is only processed for performance of a contract and for legal obligations of the Controller as well as for technical reasons to be able to provide you with the services you request.
b) Your information is never shared with third parties outside of legal requirements levied on the Controller (including but not limited to payment processing, bookkeeping, tax declaration and court orders).
c) In case of legal requirements only the minimum possible information is shared.
4. Storage period
a) Your billing information will be stored for a minimum of 7 years after registration or after the last transaction. This requirement comes from legal bookkeeping obligations in Estonia.
b) Other information will be stored as long as it is technically necessary to be able to render our services to you and deleted in periodic intervals.
5. Your Rights
a) You are entitled to the following rights with respect to our processing of the personal data concerning you:
– Right of access / right to information (Art. 15 GDPR),
– Right to rectification or erasure (Art. 16 and Art. 17 GDPR),
– Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
– Right to object to the processing (Art. 19 GDPR)
– Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
b) We ask that you send your requests by email to the address in Section 1 (c) if possible or by registered mail to the address in Section 1 (b).
c) You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority relating to our processing of your personal data.
6. Transfer to third countries
a) AutoTuner OÜ does not transfer your data to third countries. All of your data is processed and stored in the EU.
